I am only reviewing the open play session as I have no experience with the school or classes offered by Sky Valley.

I have been to open play twice now and both times I have left and just feel frazzled. Don't get me wrong. I play with my daughter all the time, but I get so frustrated feeling like no one else is watching their kids or there is a huge lack of supervison here. I guess I mostly feel this regarding the huge foam block pit they have. Kids are randomly jumping in from all directions, not waiting for kids to get out of the way. The age range goes from like 2 to 12 and watching big 12 year old kids nearly land on top of 3-4 year olds is not my idea of fun and just plain dangerous. Not once did I see anyone that worked there actually say anything about waiting until kids move. I know open play requires parents to be supervising, but there should be some staff around also who are monitoring this.

My other issue with Sky Valley is that both times I have been to Open Play, there is a class going on. If I was paying for my child to have a class, I would have a problem with that - all these little kids running around while gymnasts are practicing. And during open play, I find it a bit dangerous for the children who are running around. I don't know how to explain it, but I just have this fear that my child is going to accidentally walk in front of someone doing a routine on a high bar and she gets hit.

Regardless of my issues with the place, my 4 year old loves it. She loves the foam brick pit and the trampolines and the cushy floor so she can practice her cartwheels and all the beams. She begs me to go all the time, but I just can't get past the above issues to go more often.

My Daughter has gone to Sky Valley for two years now. The reviews that I am reading are blowing my brain! My Daughter has made amazing friends with all of the children there, LOVES the teachers and office people. I dont trust just anyone with my children. Her first few times going there she cried and the teachers loved her and made her feel compfortable. I would highly reccomend this preschool/gym to anyone!!

My Daughter was part of the cheer program before I realized what a waste of time and money. The staff there are super nice when you a new but this changes as time goes on. You are better off investing in a gym in Woodinville or Everett. This place uses high school kids and only the Varsity squad gets the time and energy that you are paying for. Save your cash and your kids feelings.

The facility at Sky Valley is very high quality for birthday parties and everything else they offer. My kids love the foam pit and all the other options they have!

We gave this facility a try and I felt the facility, teachers, staff and over all class was nothing to be excited about. It was all just ok. My daughter is on the younger side. Her and a friend of ours left with hurt feelings and said they "had no fun" and did not want to return. We walked in the door and the front receptionist was on the phone did not greet us did not tell us where to go, was completely un-enthusiastic. The teacher looked about 16 and seemed very impatient with the kids. She didn't even make sure the kids were following along and seemed irritated when they couldn't quite "get" what she was showing them. Also this building was old and the viewing area unclean. I'd say spend your money somewhere you and your children are appreciated and have qualified staff.

My 3-year old dughter is ready for pre-school. And because she loves to dance, we decided to enroll her at Sky Valley Gymnastics where she could be enrolled in a certified pre-school with time during the day for gymnastics. The staff is very good and very patient with the young kids. The facilites are huge, but starting to show some age. Nevertheless the equipment is top notch and I never felt for her safety. To top it off, they offer a weekend service of parent's night out babysitting service for a measly 20 dollars!

PROS: real preschool with gymnastics, a real gymnastics academy for the advanced
CONS: facilites are aging
