Very pleased. Great store. Definitely small but there's a lot of nice things packed in there. I would NOT consider it a thift store at all like some others have mentioned; it is a consignment store for upscale clothing - very different. The items are very nice overall.

I had an event I needed to attend in September and got a new formal gown with matching scarf for $40- just hours before I had the event planned for. There were several gowns I was going to try on so there was defintiely a nice selection, which was a surprise to me on my first visit, actually.

This store came with good recommendations from others locally and I'm glad I took their advice. I will be back there this week shopping for a nice dinner outfit for Friday. :)

The Class Act Boutique is my favorite place to shop for several reasons. First, I usually arrive at the store within minutes of having to be at an event. The staff quickly and thoughtfully helps me coordinate a well put-together, trendy outfit. Secondly, the quality of the clothes and the way they are displayed illustrate the dedication the staff has to their customers. The clothes look new, are organized and labeled in a logical way, and the scent of the store is inviting. Finally, I can't say enough about the welcoming feeling created by the store staff. Customers are treated with the personal attention needed to make shopping rewarding.

They customer service is a little lacking at The Class Act Boutique. The clothing seems overpriced and some of it is not in very good condition. They do run some good sales and be prepared to really scour the racks for those hidden gems

This is a cute little joint in the Stadium district. Very good for when you have that urge to do a little thriftstoring, but don't want to deal with the crowds. This place is unique because it seems like most of their stock is tossed off by well to do ladies that wear something once and then decide they're over it. Nice brand names, etc. They have both new and used items, though the newer stuff is pretty pricey. They also have unique jewelry and scarves as well, along with shoes, hats, bags, etc.

As with other thrift stores, sometimes it's not a productive trip, but on other days it seems like there is just not enough room in the dressing room to try everything on!

PROS: cost, location for the North End, unusual finds
CONS: Cost of new items, size of store (small), staff can be pushy occasionally
