2 Stars: Can anyone say harassment??? (by L C.)

I never thought that an education institution would remind me of telemarketers...but I guess that's what I get for expecting "NO" to mean "NO". I am still not sure how they got my phone number & email address, I don't remember filling out any paperwork for information. The first time, I got a phone call, I politely told the recruiter, "No thanks, I am not interested" and let it go. The second time they called, I repeated myself (a bit impatiently) and let it go. But the 3rd time, I had lost all patience for them and decided not even to call them back. So, I check my email and guess what??? They had emailed me as well. This time, I was a bit more assertive and told the recruiter that I expected never to hear from them again unless it was in the form of an apology. I threatened to call the Institute and report the recruiter for harassment and report the Institute itself to the Better Business Bureau. It was then, that I heard from them the last time--and yes they apologized, no I have not heard from them again. The only reason I give them 2-stars is because of the fact that they apologize and have fulfilled my request never to hear from them again.

PROS: None
CONS: Refer to review.
