This is a fraud outfit. They took my DLP TV snf I wanted the status of it a dozen times. No calls returned. I called Mitsibushi and they called them. They didn't get an answer at all. Edwin Herrera said it needed a color wheel. That was not the problem. They charged me $660.97 and it was under warranty. Mitsibushi said I will get the money back when it was delivered to the house. 24 days still nothing. I ordered Mitsibushi to deliver it unfixed to the house. It was done, but still no money returned. I plugged it in and it works perfectly although Mitsibushi said they would send another outfit out to fix it on the spot. I cancelled the repair. Now if it worked up there, you'd think that they would return it. But no.They want warrantied sets so they can get the parts for free and put them in other sets out of warranty. They are con man to say the least. Don't deal with them.

Before sending anything to these guys, do your self a favor and check out their reviews on other sites. They are crooks and you will be sorry.

The BBB has given them an F for 80+ complaints that they are received and not addressed.

This place is a living nightmare!! They took my set, after weeks of no reply to calls, they I finally after two months got my set back after endouring threats and intimidation. They damaged my set then they told the warranty holder (Toshiba) it was my fault.

The only reason these people get ANY business is warranty referals from mfg.

Read the the BBB (Better Business Bureau) rating for these clowns!! "F" If there was a F- they would qualify.

They have ripped people off for years and years! They have been in and out of court many times.

Avoid them at all/any cost!!! Better to throw away your set than give it these morons!!!

I had my TV repaired in TWO days where other places take too much of time and money. They charged me very norminal and I would recommend their services to anyone who wish to get their Electronic items repaired cost worthy. I wish them good luck to continue their professional services. The owner Edwin is very professional and he explained me with detail what was wrong with my tv, even after i read the reviews i decided to give this guy a chance and im glad i made the right decision! trust me give this guy a chance or if you have a problem with your tv, get his opinion and i assure you guys you wont be disappointed??

I used this business to repair my 50' plasma TV because Phillips/Magnavox recommended them. What a mistake. Edwin Herrera, owner, picked up my TV on the 1/29/09, initially saying it would be 1 to 1 1/2 weeks to repair. Here it is 3/29/09, and I still do not have my TV. They required payment in advance, so they also have my money. I have made numerous attempts on finding out the status of my TV but most calls go to an answering machine, and they have only returned a the calls a couple times and always stringing me along saying it will be one more week, stating the set was repaired but needed further testing or it needed another part....of course that never happened. The last contact with this business was on 3/14/09. That was after I had left several messages the week before and this call was from the receptionist and all he said was he'd give my message to Mr. Herrera. I NEVER HEARD BACK!!! This business cannot be trusted or believed. They lie to you and give you nothing but the run around. I have always been polite and courteous to these people but they don't care obviously. I would never have used them if it were not for Phillips Corp. recommending them. Since all this has happened, I researched them and they have NUMEROUS complaints on-line and the BBB rates them C- and they lost accreditation on 3/13/09. I urge anyone having had problems with this place to file complaints anywhere you can....with BBB and the State Attorney Generals office. I've done all this plus notified Phillips Corp. with all documents. They not only broke their verbal contract with me but also the written contract I have, and they really shouldn't be allowed to have a license to conduct business with all their outrageous business practices.
