We have had a great worshipping, growing, family oriented time at this church. The people are friendly, helpful, caring and the pastor preaches the God's Word, not man's word.
We were looking for a smaller church several years ago and found Echo Lake Community. It is out of the way a bit off highway 522, but worth the short drive out, instead of into town. We enjoyed the Pastors sermons from day one and have been impressed with how at home we feel. Homey is the word for our church. The sermons are challenging, interesting and full of good Bible truth. It was easy to integrate into the church because we felt so welcome. Personal attention is evident from the babies up to the older folks there. It really is a family, not a big congregation that live their lives separately after exiting the church building.
There is community outreach, too, with meals, garage sales, kids events, and barbeques. In tough economic times they are reaching out in tangeable ways to the neighborhoods around them.
We love Echo Lake Community Church!
