i've been a client at body basics for about 5 years now and have been traing with shaun for the whole time. a friend of mine said that i would really like his training style. he's very professional, but very personable. he genuinely is interested in helping his clients reach their goals. it doesn't matter if you're training for an ironman or just want to be able to touch your toes again...he's dedicated to helping you do that! he always makes you laugh, so dare i say it, working out is almost, well, fun! i very much recommend body basics. the atmosphere is relaxed, the people are nice. and jonna the owner rocks too!

they just moved and it was a little tricky to find at first, but there's tons of parking and its a nice quiet neighborhood.

He is very professional and you can tell he really loves what he does and knows what he is talking about! He only trains a few people at a time so you feel like your getting the attention you need and you don't feel crowed at all! He comes very highly recommended!
