LOVE this place! I cannot say enough GREAT things about the daycare and boarding. Both my dogs attend daycare weekly, and boarding when we travel. In the past I had NEVER boarded my dogs until I found Camp Charlie. The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful! My dogs return happy and tired from daycare, and always excited to go back. I will forever be a client at Camp Charlie (even if we move away from Duvall), and trust my dogs care there 100%.

In response to the previous review. As owner of camp charlie I feel the need to rebut these slandering accusations. Who ever this person is obviously for what ever reason feels the need to do this. There could be a number of reasons. The most likely is that there dog didn't fit the program and was either kicked out of daycare or the Off leash club. Or during our screening process was told their dog couldn't come to Camp Charlie. As far as the accusations of dogs being killed or lost I ask how would they no this? were they there? was it there dog? and if they did know this why did they come in the first place. Come see for yourselves We take great pride in caring for your dogs and I would be happy to give a tour off either facility at any time.

The private off leash club is a great facility. You take your dog there yourself and provide supervision. Better than a public dog park.

The Daycamp (where they pick up your dog and take it to the off leash club) is not good. The staff is unreliable. On two occasions 'they forgot' to come and get my wifes dog. They also take too many dogs for one person to supervise. Once a dog jumped the fence and was lost for a while and was killled in traffic just down the road.

The Kennel is very new and attractive. If it were run by someone else might be a great place. But the owner and staff are just careless. Our dog stayed one week and came home thin and vomiting and with diarreha. The owner said he kept trying to run her with the other dogs to see if she would adapt and that he hadn't noticed any diarreha. But the dog had matted feces in the hair on his rear end so it had been going on for some time. That same period another dog was lost for several days after the staff lost track of it and it ran off.

We won't go back and recommend you stay away.

Camp Charlie offers a variety of services, but we are only familiar so far with the off-leash club. This is a private off-leash area for members only, as an alternative to going to less regulated and often more crowded dog parks for the public.

The areas are well-fenced and PLENTY big, even for my Great Danes! There's tons of rooom to run and there is some long grass, which makes my dogs very happy to run and hide in.

There are a few spots with a cover and seats for people, and water.

Then you get to the best part! It has a real BEACH, as in flat and sandy, on the river. Although my dogs don't like to get in the water, they love running around and getting close to it.
