We have purchased 4 cars from Tiffany as Sunrise. She is great. We tell her what we want and she goes out and finds it, that's it. All of the customer service for a wonderful price.

It was a complete nightmare. To begin, we had been told by Tiffany (manager) that the vehicle was in good condition and running well. Our car had problems the second week after we bought it. When it broke down on the side of the road I had no means of transportation. I called the dealership and was told by the owner who is Tiffany's father that once we drive it off the lot, its your problem. I pleaded with him to help us out in some way, we were told that the car would be picked up and towed to be reapaired at our expense. The car was picked up 5 days later and towed back to the dealership. Once the car was repaired I received a call and was told I could make 3 payments but that I could pick the car up ASAP. I arrived at the dealership and thought I was going to make the first payment when all of the sudden they said I had to pay the full amount. They refused to let us make payments and denied ever making the agreement. I told them that I felt that I have received bad customer service and I would never recommend them to anyone. Out of the blue, they get irate! I was screamed at and called the B word in front of my 5 month old baby and 6 year old son. I was holding my daughter when Tiffany and her father were screaming obscenities at me, at the top of their lungs. My children were scared and started to cry. They started refusing to let me pay the cost for repairs. They said now they wanted cash, not my credit card. I was forced to pay the full amount and I left. I felt assaulted.

This is where we bought the aerostar we have now. THe people were really nice and helpful when they were helping us decide on a car. not pushy at all. When the van had to high mileage to get a car loan on it we went back and talked to them. They said that they could lower the price, Which made it so we could get the van.THey were really nice . They also have some really nice cars that are priced pretty good. There is almost no parking there though.
