We are proud to announce that we were voted The Best Veterinary Hospital in Redmond by the readers of the Redmond Reporter in 2008.
The staff at Brookfield is top-notch. We are always treated with respect and courtesy. Our dog especially loves Krista, as does our whole family. To find a vet, with an amazing behavioral therapist to guide us through puppyhood, is such a blessing!

Dr.s Marie and Howard Robinson are the incredible husband and wife team behind Brookfield. They are backed up by some of the most caring, gentle front-desk staff and behind-the-scenes techs you will find in any veterinarian office anywhere. I have had four cats that I brought until three of them died in one year (they were 18 years old but still it was hard). Throughout I was made aware of the costs of everything. Recently they saved the life of my cat after a coyote attacked him--it was their skill and love that saved my cat. I have news for you whiners out there, this is MEDICAL care, even if it is for your pet. It's going to be priced like YOUR MD prices things. That said, I think Brookfield has amazingly reasonable rates. All of my cats loved to come to Brookfield, The office is beautiful, sun-filled, is clean and smells good. Oh yeah, and recently Brookfield was voted 'Redmond's Favorite Veterinarian' by readers of the Redmond Reporter....for a very good reason.

After last year Brookfield has redeemed themselves as our vet for our pet Dahlia. The customer service has been back up to par on what we have been used to in the past. It's nice to see that a company still cares about customer service and satisfaction.
Thank you Brookfield

After many years of taking our dog Dahlia to Brookfield, I am sorry to say that the experience that I received today 9/21/06 has brought that to an end. Extremely poor customer service and NO one to take responsibility or get back to the customer. If this is how they will treat a loyal customer after MANY years, what has happened to the practice. Shame on Brookfield, we will be looking for a New Vet, someone who still believes in "Customer Service". Who wants to drive all the way from Snoqualmie Ridge to be treated with such disrespect. An Error on Brookfields part regarding the estimate that was told to me over the phone on 9/20/06. Went in to drop off Dahilia at 7:15AM on 9/21/06 AM, to find out that there was a difference of almost $300.00 from the quote that they told me on the 20tt. Mary then telling me that Dr. Murray Robinson would be calling me as soon as she got in this morning, around 8:45 to 9:00am. me writing a "lengthy" note requesting no work to be done prior to a phone call to me or my husband. At 9:45am I finally called after not receiving a phone call. Spoke to Kimberly who told me that Dr. Robinison was in surgery and that Dahlia's blood work was being done and that the Dr. would call me when she was finished. Kimberly telling me that she was not there, therefore she does not know what was said, she was JUST the messenger.

I took my cat to Brookfield for some routine work since I was tired of paying the high prices at my previous vet. The vet at Brookfield was very attentive to my needs and the needs of my "fractious" cat. They gave me information about my cat's behaviors and what makes her tick. I have a difficult cat but they didn't flinch. We were in and out of there with no major incidents, and it's such a relief that I don't have to take her in again for a while!

We tried out a lot of vets before choosing and have really found we prefer holistic care. But we found the vets at Brookfield (NOT to be confused with the horrid Banfield!) to be knowledgeable and kind. We were especially impressed that compared to most traditional vets they have a good deal of nutritional knowledge and actually recommend good foods.
We also really liked the clinic. It was very roomy, and clean. This was nice as a Dane mom, we are often very squished into tiny exam rooms!
PROS: Clean, reasonable rates, knowledgeable vets
CONS:

I have two cats and taking them to the vet can be quite a chore. I am always happy when we arrive at Brookfield. Their staff is friendly and they make sure we are in a room quickly. The doctors are always nice to my cats, and they never seem to mind that my cats shed so much hair that an extra cleaning of the room is in order once we leave. The best part about this vet is the prices they cant be beat!

We have been clients of Brookfield's for a few months now, and we're extremely happy by the professional and loving care they give our dogs. Their availability is great - 6 days a week, almost any hour during the day, they are always respectful, attentive and patient when we need them, and by far this is the best vet clinic I've worked with since I first got my dog, 10 years ago.
Pros: professional, available, attentive
Cons: can't think of any
My husband and I got a new puppy from a shelter. Since this is the first time we are dog owners, we needed a little guidance. We choose Brookfield because of the good reviews and the convenient location to our home.
On our first visit we were there for about 2 hours. The staff was extremely helpful in going over everything with us from what to feed him, what toys we should get, etc. I felt like they genuinely care about our dog. The doctors are very nice and professional.
Our dog was having some well...digestive issues....and I called up the office and got advice on how to handle it over the phone. I was relived that I didn't have to take him in.
I would recommend this veterinarian office. They seem to be a little bit on the expensive side BUT we didn't shop around and I don't have prior experience to tell me if they really are on the higher end. We decided that even if they are a little higher than other places we would rather pay the extra money so our dog has the best care.
Pros: Staff, Location, Parking, Office hours
Cons: None
I love these guys. While living in Redmond, I regularly visited this office with my fussy feline and my geriatric dog. The office was always clean, the staff was always pleasant, Saturday hours made visiting very convenient, and the doctors were always patient and made me feel like my animals were getting very competent care. My favorite vet was Dr. Marie Robinson. She's the one I'd see the most. I spoke with the male doctor on staff over the phone and he was also very hlepful and thorough. I highly recommend this sunny office.
Pros: Bright, clean space with pleasant staff
Cons: If you're not somewhat familiar w/ Redmond, it could be a little tough to find.
