Pediatric Associates

I have been taking my son to this clinic for less than a year. The first Dr. we saw was ok (Dr. Schmitz), but there were questions she could not answer and I had to go to my own Dr. for advice. Also one of the medical assistants was not very friendly and did not have a nice way of treating my son when giving him the vaccines or measuring him. I complained to the Office Manager who was very receptive and in subsequent visits the medical assistant was much better, which was very much appreciated.
However, my last experience there was not very good. I went to a different Dr. (Dr. Griffith), who supposedly is the best Dr. there. We had to wait for her about 10 mins. Then she came and examined my son and was answering my questions in a very good way. Unfortunately, she was interrupted by a phone call that she said she really needed to take. Then she came back and did answer another question, but then started saying goodbye and I had not finished my questions (I didn't have that many, but she had to take her phone call). When I told her I still had more questions, she said: "ok, but quickly because there are other people waiting". To me this was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I did complain to the Office Manager once again and she was very understanding and apologetic. However, I don't think I will go back there for obvious reasons. Their time management is not my problem, my son and I are their customers and we deserve better treatment.

We tried out many pediatricians before we met with Dr Williams at Pediatric Associates, in Factoria and she had us right from the first time we met her.
She is gentle, kind and knows what she is doing and our kids love her. She gives the best referrals. She has a way of making everyone comfortable and always answers all our questions (no matter how insecure!)
We know we can trust her when it comes to our baby girl and son.

I love this doctor's group of pediatricians. We've been to the Bellevue office and the Factoria office. They are kid friendly, have extended evening and weekend hours, and a nurses line. I never have a hard time getting in touch with them or getting a last minute appt for one of my kids. They are professional and clean. They have several offices in the east side area to choose from.

We have taken our children here and have seen many of the doctor's. With few exceptions, they are all very thorough, professional and friendly and great with kids. You can always get a last minute appt (may not be with your dr. but with someone) and the nurses always call back promptly with questions when you call the nurses line for advise. They also have hours on the weekends, which has been handy for us many times!

We take our sons to the Kirkland office and have been very pleased with their services. Their doctor is Pi-Lin Chang and she is awesome with them. She always makes them comfortable and takes the time to explain everything that she's doing for them. The boys don't even seem to mind going to the doctor which surprises us, because who REALLY likes going? They always let us sit in on the examinations, and answer all our questions and concerns.
