Walts Auto Care Centers

Everybody that works in there are lazy fat A Holes, except for the manager Ken, he is a true professional. When i came in for my first and last visit, all the employees was playing cards and smoking inside of their garage. The owner Jim is very racist, only greets and talks strictly to white people only. I had to come in for a buyer's inspection, the price they charged me was unbelievably ridiculous and in most places would take at least an hour. It took them less than an half hour to say " here you go," At the end, they didn;t bother to take the time to thoroughly explain the condition of the car. I was very upset of their poor customer service and also felt ripped off. The only reason i went there beacuse it's closest shop around.

Decided to take my car here for a brake job out of the convenience of the location, they quoted me at TWICE the price as Les Schwab. The people here were rude, but what do you expect when you are getting ripped off. I ended up taking my car to Les Schwab and was very impressed because I payed half the cost and received quality work (plus friendly staff). Don't go here unless you want to waste lots of money.

I took my car here for something simple and it developed into something much larger (and should not have).. I walked away feeling like I was robbed.
I myself did not realize just how badly I was abused until I showed the bill to a co-worker that knows cars and they were amazed by the overcharges.
