5 Stars: Now, this is service beyond the call of duty! (by rick l.)

My name is Ray L. and I bought a 2008 RDX from Leonard Stewart a few days ago. People tend to write/call when they have a complaint. Well, I am writing because I want you to know how happy I have been with Leonard Stewart since I first met him last Sunday in the show room -- and he continues to amaze me with excellent services after he closed the sales!

My wife and I set out to buy a new Lexus RX350 or Acura RDX. My wife drives a Lexus GS and both she and I have been very happy with its performance and services provided by Lexus of Bellevue, however, we decided that if the RDX is "economic enough", we would take an RDX and save a few bucks -- $5,000 was our threshold. Well, the 2009 RDX was only $4,000 less than the RX350 and did not make the cut; Leonard suggested the 2008 RDX which met our threshold plus a little more. But it was an apple and orange comparison, 2008 RDX Vs, 2009 RX350. We decided to go with the RDX SOLELY because how well we were treated by Leonard through out the entire purchasing process.

Leonard's excellent service did not stop with the close of the sales, he called me several times over the week to make sure that I learned to use all the features the RDX offers and then took me on another "test drive" Friday afternoon -- on his day off! While at your dealership last Friday, Leonard took time to introduce me to Tom Story of your Service Department to make sure that I have a "friend" to go to when I bring my car in for service in the future. Now, this is service beyond the call of duty!

Congratulations, Mr. Kelley, for having such a solid employee on your staff. And thank you very much for a wonderful experience. We definitely will remember Acura next time we are in the market for a luxury car.

5 Stars: Thanks for the great experience! (by Kendra T.)

I wanted to write a reveiw and let you know how thankful I am for all of the help I received. It was so refreshing to get a car for such an awesome deal and not get ripped off for once. I have definitely had my share of some major upside down moments and the deal I received at Acura of Bellevue was quite amazing. Everyone there was extremely friendly and I could not have asked for anything more. Jim was very helpful in the initial car finding, car costs, and the game plan for the day I was to come in. I really felt taken care of. Alan was absolutely awesome with showing me the ins and outs of the car like setting up Bluetooth. I really left feeling like I knew how to operate the car. Kim was so sweet and friendly during the signings and financial portion of the day. My husband and I are looking into buying an SUV in the next year and I would definitely love to come back to Acura of Bellevue. Thank you all again so much for your kindness and assistance. I will never choose to buy anywhere else again.

5 Stars: A Friendly, High Class Dealership (by P. M.)

We test drove cars here and were very happy with the staff and quality of cars. The staff was accomodating in allowing us to test cars with our 2 years olds (which meant moving car seats in) and were great at following up regularly when cars came in that met our needs. Haven't bought a car yet, but will likely buy from there when the time is right.

4 Stars: Good (by Jenny Z.)

This is where I bought my Acura RSX. I had an old honda and I was just there thinking I was going to have some browsing. I had to admit the sales is very good at persuade me and I simply couldn't resist such a kind offer. He explained to me in detailes what a good deal I would get and trading in my old car would make this deal more attractive. Then, you can imagine, I trade in my old car and drove away in an Acura RSX. Yet I am satisfied with this car so no complain.

4 Stars: Great service for your car (by Jackie A.)

The place may not look like a place but they treat you like royalty. A loaner car is always available for a car under warranty even if you didn't buy it from them. Snacks and an espresso machine are in the waiting room and the service is very attentive and apologetic if you have to wait a few minutes longer than you planned.

PROS: Excellent customer service, always friendly and helpful
CONS: Waiting area could use a little spiffying up.

1 Stars: Rude... (by Jesse R.)

I walked into this dealership and bought a 2005 Acura TL with 47K miles on it. The price listed for this car was $26K; they went down to $25,500. I put $7500 down on the car and they quoted me a rate (4.9% keep in mind I have a 788 credit score) when I took the car. They could not deliver and the next day told me they needed to raise my interest rate to nearly double it (8.9% - I know they have the right to do this). When I told the girl that called me it was unacceptable she become very rude to me, and even told me if I expected a better rate, I should just buy the car outright with cash. She eventually agreed to try a different bank to at the very least improve the interest rate the following day.

I went into the dealership the next day to speak with a manager about the whole experience and to ask that the price of a $25.5K car be lowered $500 so that my payment was the same with the new interest rate (they got it back down to 6.9% - still 2% higher then what I was quoted at), and the manager did not even come out of his office. He had a salesman relay that they would not change the price of the car and if I did not like it, I could leave the car, which I did.

Just as a comparison, I returned that car on a Friday, and that day I called Acura of Seattle (located in South Center) , told a salesman the car I wanted, the colors I wanted, the monthly payment I wanted, and the length of the loan I wanted, and asked to be contacted when they found a car that matched my criteria (2005 or 2006 Acura TL, with less than 50K miles, silver or black paint, black interior, 5 year loan, around $400 a month). The next day I got a call from Acura of Seattle for a 2006 Acura TL, with 25K miles, silver paint, and black interior. To remind you, the lowest Acura of Bellevue would go on a 2005 with 47K miles with $25,500. I got my 2006 with 25K miles for $26,000 from Acura of Seattle.

Acura of Bellevue are real nice until you disagree over something then they become rude and confrontational. Go to Acura of Seattle, its only a few extra miles down 405 and you will have a MUCH better experience, get a better price, and receive better service. Oh yeah, and it took a week for Acura of Bellevue to refund my down payment because even though they had not finalized the financing on the 2005, they had no problem cashing in on my down payment. They sure are a classy place. I will never go back there and I suggest neither do you, but I am glad they were so rude, because I would have bought that 2005 from them and missed out on the much better deal from the other Acura branch.

4 Stars: 11-year Customer of Acura of Bellevue (by Michelle Q.)

I have been a customer of Acura of Bellevue since 1994. Their service department has always been quite attentive. They have a few people that have been there for quite awhile, so the lack of turnover is a good sign in my opinion. I have had a bad experience with their sales department, though. When I bought an MDX in 2000, they said if I filled out their survey and returned it to them they would give me a free tank of gas. I didn't turn in the survey for 6 months (I had a new baby at the time so it took me a while to get around to it). When I turned in the survey they refused to give me the tank of gas, saying that they didn't do that any more. I am really annoyed at myself for not asking for the survey back. I would have given them a bad mark for going back on their offer and sent it to Acura myself!
