Ivars Restaurants

This is a very popular lunch and dinner spot in the park. It's right on the water so you can eat inside or outside while enjoying the view. We often moor our boat at the dock and eat dinner here. The lines can be long at times, but it's worth it.

This restaraunt is located smack in the middle of Coulon Park on the Renton waterfront. It's hard to pass up the delicious smell of fish and chips frying up while you're right on the waterfront.

Lines and wait times can be long here, especially in nice weather.

The prices are on the high side (as compared to fast food). Don't be surprised to drop $30-$40 for a family of four.

The chowder and fish and chips are delicious and you can't beat the dining room (outside weather permitting) right on the water.

I like the Ivar's that is by the park at Lake Washington. It has a great view, being right on the water. The food is good, but a bit greasy. It has been clean every time i've been there.

Ivars is known for it's clam chowder. Which is decent. It has good flavor - but it has no body. The entire menu is fried. Not bad but it would be nice to eat something that doesn't leave a deep fryer.
