No longer a reliable clinic
by Melissa B.
Years ago this clinic was phenomenal and I swore I'd never leave. When the founder/owner took a sabbatical the clinic took a nosedive. While two of the providers, Josh Webb and Greg Lind (owner) are well versed and consultative, the rest of the ARNPs on staff are painfully inadequate in one manner or another. If you absolutely MUST be seen somewhere then try to get in with one of these providers, otherwise, take your time to find a good quality family practitioner. I do agree with some of the other posts that the current management has questionable patient communication abilities at best. After 15 years as a patient, I was misdiagnosed by one of their new providers (after requesting I NOT be seen by a new provider) with something benign when it was truly a medical emergency. He literally told me to take two vicodin and come back in a week. Good thing I googled my symptoms and was able to self diagnose and refer myself to emergency surgery the following day. If you enjoy repeated visits to a provider to get an accurate diagnosis then this is the clinic for you.

Terrible, terrible place
by upson d.
I agree with the people who say stay away. Office is disgusting. Andrea Freisen has a terrible bedside manner and I too was misdiagnosed...does she have any qualifications? An all Carribean schooling perhaps (we all know how hard it is to get into St Thomas Medical School)? Her husband Corry is the "office manager" which is the polite way of saying that he had no job so took one at her place. He is a total JERK. His wife is apparently never wrong and anyone who disagrees is just stupid. Don't give them your business (you might end up worse off). Will never go back.

Bad News Bears!! Don't go there
by Debra M.
Don't trust them with your health. Not safe, not clean, not good. Staff is terrible and "doctors" are unreliable in their diagnosis. They should have their license revoked. Dangerous and careless people. See the other reviews on Yahoo - people agree that this place should be shut down and "dr" Freisen should never again practice medicine.

Great Job!
by Toby B.
We had a WONDERFUL experience at The Lake Serene Clinic. My husband had a really high fever and a cough and my doctor couldn't get him in. They did a blood test and a chest xray. He had pneumonia! The provider took alot of time with him and seemed to genuinely care about him. We are actually going to switch to this clinic for our regular care.

I personally did not have good experience at this clinic and staff made me sorry for going there. Not a good place to go unless you have no other place to visit. Work hours are very good.

WALK IN CLINIC AT LAKE SERENE
by Andy C.
I actually had a very good experience the first time I went there, I saw Dr.Friesen, and I was treated very nice, she even showed me some exercises to do for my aching back, the staff was friendly, and my husband has also gone there several times, and there isn't another walk in clinic that I would go to around Lynnwood, ever.

I've gone to this clinic twice (both times because they give sports physicals) and both times I have felt like I was treated very, very poorly. The receptionist seemed harried and rude and I got the impression that the clinic was there just to make money and not to meet the needs of the patients. When I raised a question about their billing practices, I was snapped at. I wouldn't go here for anything medical - there are many walk in clinics in the area where the service is wonderful - but for sports physicals for my kids, the convenience I suppose is worth it.
