This dealership is very personable. They have a professional image, but also listen to what you are saying and do their best to give you the best service at the best prices. They also have free papers and popcorn in their waiting room and a shuttle service that will take you where you need to go and pick you up. They are all about customer service. I drive 18 miles out of my way to use their location, they are wonderful!!

and also jeep service if you are
a jeep owner. We found a great
used car at a good price and got
a good price on a trade in.

I love my van that I bought at the Kirkland store from James Price in July. I researched everything on the Internet before I went in to test drive and look at color. Their site is easy to use and has lots of info and photos. They had the best prices by far and posted their price breakdown in a window sticker on their website. When I got there, they allowed me to look at the invoice, which matched what I had seen online. Satisfied with the price, I was only unsure about my trade. I really wanted to sell it myself unless they could give me what I wanted for it and I didn't think that would happen, especially after the great price I got on the van. But, after some negotiation (not too painful), I was able to get everything I wanted and felt totally in control of the experience. They were great to deal with and I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

Brian is an exemplary owner with personal interest in customers. It is not often that one can speak directly with the owner of a car dealership and put a deal together, and Brian Macintosh made that possible with a great price. Salesman Jeremy Noor was a great follow through contact, and DJ in finance made it all happen and all the numbers work. I left with my lovely new car feeling like I had bought a car from old friends....
