I used to have food delivered from here when I lived in Ballard. It is definitely the best I could find in the area, and good Chinese food is scarce in these parts.

I have been ordering from here since I was in high school. they have the most tender cut of beef that is seasoned and cooked to perfection. Keep it the same and I will choose you over the others even if I have to drive 20 minutes to get to you!!!

We were introduced to Chef at Wok about 7 years back by a colleague of our at work and we go there about 1-2 times/month for dinner. The people are very friendly and always helpful and we have liked every dish they have put in front of us since that time 7 years back. Our favorites are the soft wontons in spicy peanut sauce (you cannot stop eating the sauce!), crispt eggplant (has converted many of our friends to eating eggplant after tasting this), chicken or vegetables in black bean sauce and mongolian chicken. My parents who are East Indian, vegetarians and are very very picky eaters love this place!!! The staff are very friendly and always forward with suggestions. Service is quick and the place is maintained clean.

Hot & Sour Soup is very good! Mongolian Chicken is excellant! A big menu to choose from and the Lunch specials are very large portions. The BBQ pork is very good and if you are looking for low calorie try the Chicken Breast in White Wine Sauce it is very good.

As i went in that shop, i ask some recommendations, they say, those food are mostly for the Americans as in more salty and sweet. So, if you prefer heavy taste like most West Lake Mall food, this will be your choice. I personally wont go back again, because that kind of Chinese food, its not really for Chinese people, but i will recommend it to the Americans.

The Kung Pao Shrimp at lunch has, like, 30 shrimp in it. The shrimp is never rubbery or overcooked. The sauces are great. Prices are amazing. The Ginger Prawns on the weekend are yum yum. It wouldn't take much to spruce up the place. Sometimes a "rough" interior feels funky (Thai Tung) and others (like this) feel like a fix to clean it up would be most desired!

This is a great little neighborhood restaurant. Alan (the owner) and his staff are very friendly and eager to please. The food is terrific and the chefs are willing to accomodate personal preferences (I like a lot more black bean in the black bean sauce dishes). If you are lucky enough to live near the restaurant, the delivery orders are prompt and the drivers courteous.

Try the Chow Fun...they make their own noodles!

We've been here several times and it never disappoints. The potstickers are great. So are the ribs, schezwan(? spelling?) beef, and the chow mein on homemade noodles. The service is always friendly and attentive. We made the mistake of going to Pandasia tonight and ordered the same items. A bitter disappointment. No comparison on all levels.

This is one of the best Chinese takeouts in North Seattle. Try the excellent hot and sour soup or potstickers to start, follow it up with great fried rice and chicken and vegetables in szchezuan sauce. We haven't been disappointed yet. The food always uses really fresh vegetables and ingredients. Not a gorgeous restaurant by any stretch, but the food more than makes up for it.

The homemade chow mein noodles. Delicious. Also great: sesame shrimp, bbq ribs, potstickers, wonton soup. Great prices, free delivery! Yum!
