Derby Salon

This salon offers everything you need for hair, waxing, and beauty products. The atmosphere is really fun and the staff are very friendly and informed. It is also really conveniently located in the Roosevelt neighborhood near Whole Foods. But the best thing is their happy hour for brow waxing!! Every weekday from 4-6 you can get a wax for $10 bucks! And they do a GREAT job. You do need to c all ahead and make a reservation - just a FYI. They also offer beauty pacakges that are a great deal, when you can afford to spend a little extra on yourself. Check out their cute website for more information!

Denise at Derby is the only stylist that has cut my hair, which has some limited special needs. She's the best, I would refer her to anyone. She listens to what you want, and bounces a few ideas off of you before doing any cutting. She also did my pedicure and did an amazing job. Love her.

PROS: Good prices, full service salon
CONS: parking is a little challenging, but nothing more than typical for Seattle
