I think that the Chinese furniture being offered for sale at the Distant Lands is really cool, in excellent taste, high quality and is being offered at very reasonable prices. I was particularly impressed by the oversized red armoire. The owner is quite helpful and knowledgeable about his inventory.
, and I would urge people looking for Chinese furniture to get down to Distant Lands while the prices are low resulting from the current economic malaise. Tony P

I like the store. The owner is very nice and offers tea. I dropped in on the store by accident, when I got off the bus from Pike Place Market at the Pioneer Square stop and stepped in to the first store I saw to get out of the rain. I go in on occasion and browse. I've bought a cabinet, stool, some jars and hat boxes and an incense holder that I put on the kitchen as an air freshener. Be sure to go upstairs, too.
