Nimbus

This is a beautiful room that sits above Bellingham. The view is amazing, and the food is also quite good- if not a bit overpriced. Drinks are quite spendy here, but the food is tasty and fresh and worth the price.

There is not another place in Bellingham this good. I love to cook and usually find I can make everything on the menu when I eat out, not here. The ingredients are unique and the execution is outstanding. Try the tasting menu and change your life

Nimbus is truly one of Bellingham's finest dining experience. It is located on the 14th floor of Bellingham Towers in the downtown area. This is one of our favorite fine dining spots. Josh Silverman + James Winberg are co-owners and chefs. Their personal attention to detail provides results that will keep you coming back and will provide you with that perfect spot to take out-of-town guests. The view is outstanding. Prices are a bit on the steep side and the wine selection is extensive. They strife to use local products so the menu is continually changing to meet the season. Happy hour wine specials are an incentive to get there early. These two had a sated goal to "utilize flavors, textures, aromas and colors to engage the senses and to provide guests with and elevated dining experience". They EASILY attain their goal.
