Great food but the middle aged latino lady is very rude. Everyone else is great even the young students they have serving and bussing. We are in every weekend for the breakfast and praying we dont see her but, shes there. Even after we and others have complained. I agree with the other comment that they need to hold firm to the schedule. Sometimes breakfast will be off the menu early, not at 12:00 noon. If the service from the latino lady was better, I would have no complaints at all. I would recommend this Bakery to anyone, just hope you do get the older white haired lady, shes the best!

Pros: The best breakfasts around.

Cons: Tables and the latino lady.

I have been to the Bakery only for breakfast. No matter what time I get there its always crowded, difficult to park, BUT.....The food is worth it. Cheap, good and very filling. I have always been treated very well, and they always make sure that we get seated as soon as possible, even moving people over to accomodate. Which I would oppose normally but I drive a long ways to get there and I'm not leaving without eating.

I 100% recommend it to anyone wanting some real good home cooking.

The pasties they offer at breakfast are sinful they are so good. They do offer traditional breakfast and the portions are huge so you get your moneys worth. There sandwiches are great also ... they are made on their homemade bread so they are very unique.

The food is always great at the Sultan Bakery. The portions are large and prices are quite reasonable. Their breakfast is wonderful, especially the french toast which is made from their homemade bread. The pastries and desserts are tasty, but they sometimes run out of donuts by the middle of the day.

It's a tradition to stop at Sultan Bakery on our way to Stevens Pass, Leavenworth, Chelan, and back also! Terrific and large breakfasts, eat in or to go on your way. Excellent pastries, cakes, donuts. It only takes one time to make it to family tradition status!

Review update:
If you think you may want to eat there make sure you get there a good hour before closing or you may not get to order anything. Since my last review I have ordered about 8 times from the Sultan Bakery. Twice dine-in and the rest take home orders. I have found their best service is for dine-in only. Every order for take out has been frustrating. There is a woman in there that takes orders that is just plain rude and makes you feel like you are really putting them out by placing an order. I am tired of it. Last night was the last straw. She needs to find other work if she is so unhappy at her job that she makes her customers feel that way! We will not be back as long as she is there to take an order.

I love their food and I would rate them much higher if it wasn't for their shady hours. They advertise they are open until 8PM although many times we will drive there around 7 PM to find them closed already! I even called once to see if they were going to be open and they said they were. Only to get there 5 minutes later and find them locked up with the closed sign! They are rarely open until 8 PM!!!
(Update) Now they are only open until 7pm. Make sure you are there no later than 6 if you want to order or they may close on you!

sultan bakery was a very good use of my time. It is the perfect place to just sit and eat. It has the most astounding food and it is not exspensive at all. The bakery is one eating area that i will never forget and i highly recommend it to anyone who has any sense of taste. It is the heart of sultan and the most healthy place to eat for miles.

Sultan Bakery has some of the best food in the area! Their baked goods are divine. Breakfasts (huge!), Lunch, and Dinner are great. The only time the food was a little off was when I ordered the scallops, prawns, and salmon dish?.all were battered and fried, and I expected a little more home-style than that. However, their breakfast sandwiches are huge and yummy! The dining experience is a little awkward. Enter through the right door, which puts you in the cattleshoot to get your own coffee or tea. Then look over the pastries while deciding what to order from the menu boards. The atmosphere feels like a deli or takeout place...it could be a much warmer home-like experience. But the food keeps us all coming back! It's a favorite of the locals and a frequent stop for those going through the Pass. All in all, you gotta try it...you'll be back for the amazing food!

This has been one of my best finds lately. I love stopping for lunch and picking out an assortment of baked goodies to take home!

Everything I have tried is absolutely delicious and tastes just like your grandmother would have made. Yummy recipes, many using seasonal ingredients.

Parking is a bit of a challenge, as it is located on a busy road....but it is worth it. Don't go if you're in a hurry, as there is frequently a line to get in.
