The food in the deli part is really good! The women who work in the nutrition part are always very nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend it! My only complaint is it can be a little pricey, some of the items are half the price in Fred Meyers nutrition dept.

Pretty much every vitamin or supplement you need, along with natural soaps and the like. Good selection of healthy foods in the grocery section. I have never tried the cafe.
Prices, of course, are on the high side. If I am buying more than one or two things, and I don't need them right away, I go to vitacost.com. But it's nice having a good brick and mortar nearby.

This is a unique restaurant to this area. Food is very tasty and different than you find around town. Soups are excellent. Sides are great. I don't eat dairy, and I never have a problem finding great options here. Service could use a smile, but they get the job done and they do it flawlessly.

they have a great nutricion shop with a large selection of herbs, tea, organic coffee, and tons of other earth friendly products. They have cosmetics, and lots of home cleaning products.

This is a great place for lunch. Lots of business people. It is a healthfood store so all the food is "healthy". Surprisingly it is all so good, you wouldn't know you're eating healthy. The prices are great and so is the friendly service.
