You always hear the negative reviews. This one isn't. I have stayed here a couple of times and the owners and employees have alwas been friendly. Yes the campground is a tight fit, but it's safe and secure. Its a nice easy drive to Seattle or anywhere else in the area.

The Koa Kampground was neat and tidy. Not crowded. I rang ahead and was told there was plenty of room. The reason was there was plenty of room was the exorbitant cost of $52 for the night. I was going to stay for another 2 nights but not now. The $52 was after a great discount. Normal price is around $78 per night. I will check prices in future.

We stayed at many a KOA on our cross country trip this summer, and this was the only one we didn't care for. We called ahead to reserve a tent site, and we were told all the tent sites were "sold out" and the only way we could stay there was if we paid extra for an RV site. I had no problem with this, until we arrived there (after they closed) to find that the RV site we paid for was not large enough for our truck and 2 tents (there was no separate parking).Turns out, the reservation center was wrong, there were PLENTY of tent spaces available..they had a separate "tenting area" which had loads of room......but because they were not individual sites, apparently the reservation center was unaware. Was not happy that we were unable to even use the site we PAID EXTRA for! Most KOA's we called, we got the actual camp on the phone, for this one we spoke to someone in a whole other state who had no clue what the situation was. The camp itself was alongside a busy highway, crowded and too tightly packed. ( all except for the SOLD OUT tenting area!)
