Chaiyo Thai Cuisine is a great local Thai Restaurant in the Northgate neighborhood of Seattle. A family run restaurant, we strive to provide excellent service and food of the highest quality at Chaiyo Thai Cuisine. We are known for our fried rice dishes, our curries are very popular and we always recommend Thailand's most popular dish Phad Thai. We are open for lunch and dinner Monday to Friday and offer great lunch specials pleasing to your wallet. Saturday and Sunday we are only open for dinner. This is a nice place that is rarely busy. A good option for a family neighborhood restaurant! We always get phad Thai so I can't comment on most of the dishes

We've gone here as a family for years. Good food, good prices. My favorites include the Swimming Angel, various curry dishes. But, my absolute favorite is the coconut ice cream.

This place has excellent service (I never have to wait more than a few minutes to be helped here), with quick results (food comes out rather quickly) and the usual Thai dishes. My favorite is the Massamun Curry, it is not too rich and has the perfect blend of spices with chicken and potato. The wait staff is always friendly and very responsive to your requests. This is a great choice if you're short on time but still want to have some delicious Thai food.

Chaiyo thai, although hard to pronounce, its a great place to eat at. Unlike many thai restaurants, the prices on dinner plates are mostly under $10. The main courses are great, as are the appetizers. Ive yet to have to wait to get a table or meal. Check this place out, it is wonderful.

Best Thai in Northgate

For delivery in Northgate, its at the top of the list. The food and service was good and fast. I like how they offer combinations. They could offer brown rice but white was fine. I will definitely order again. Ask for a menu with your first delivery for I could not find one online.

I have been going here for years, and have yet to find Thai food that's better than this place. Once I moved out of the local area, I still make the trip when I want Thai food because I am assured of getting great food, great prices and friendly service. Absolutely terrific.

Dishonest? Take another look

The staff is not dishonest. The charges show as pending at twice the normal charge and then post at the billed amount plus the tip. This is so the card can be run before the delivery guy leaves. It happened to me so I acted like a human being and called abut it. "Makes sense" I said". The person that wrote the bad review needs to wake up. What a Seattle response.
PS FOOD IS AWESOME.
PSS People that do not tip for take out are tools.

Lack of honesty

The food is pretty good but i was disappointed with their honesty. They changed the total amount on the receipt (part of it was my fault because I left the tip field blank). I felt I've given a fair tip for a take out Some people don't even give any tip if it's for a take out. Bottom line, please please fill in your tip amount. I've learned my lesson.

Great Thai

I have come here numerous times on my lunch, as I used to work in the general area. It came recommended to me by a Thai friend, and they have a wonderful staff working here. During the lunch hour it has typically been a little bit quiet, which is perfect for me. It's located in a friendly neighborhood and is worth the drive if you are not located nearby. They recently sent me a delivery menu, so I'm super excited to start ordering from them again!

We live nearby and this is one of our favorite places for a take out. They even do delivery to a certain limit of area. The food is always good. They have that simple friendly service that make you feel welcomed.

Best Thai There Is!

They are fantastic. Their Tom Kha Gai truly is the best; their Panang is amazing, their Cashew Chicken better than any I have ever had, their BBQ chicken & Fried Rice lunch combo is great, and their Basil Chicken is out of this world. Love their spinach and chicken soup as well; satay is also unparalled. My absolute favourite Thai place, bar none, and I love Thai food!

Maple Leaf's Thai Secret

I've tried almost every Thai restaurant in Seattle, but the best without doubt is Chaiyo. Try the Tom Kah, Spicy Beef Salad, Phad Wun Sen, and Thai Special Salad. They are amazing. Actually, try anything on the menu (except, oddly enough, the Phad Thai) and you won't be disappointed.

Delicious and Cheap!!

This is a good place to have dinner and lunch.....the best thai restaurant I know as they have a good service..quick and well. I like the pineapple fried rice and it's pad thai. You should try this restaurants! it's a fave! :)
