Total Rip Off. They act like they know what they are talking about and are not up front with any of the costs and get you on a "Diagnosis" charge. The worst place I have ever been to. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt even with all of the Horrible reviews!!
Terrible business.

While I appreciate that the customer is frustrated with the situation I would like to respond to this review. We charged him $85.17 + tax for the diagnosis and repair. There is not a way over the phone to know why a car is not starting- many different factors can cause that. Until we had performed initial testing- we did not have any way to know what was the cause of the concern. We strive to be fair and honest with all of our customers and to build ongoing relationships. I am sorry that this customer was not happy with the outcome but we were fair with the way the situation was handled.

Stay away from this place. They'll nickel and dime you to death. They charged almost $200 for a 30 second job. It was something I could have done just by description over the phone (resetting a switch) if they'd have said to try that before bringing it in. They didn't say a thing, they had me tow it in, did it themselves and charged me.

For a $200 gain they lost what could have been a permanent customer.

I took my girlfriend's car in because it needed thetiming belt fixed. They were very up front and honest about how long it would take and how much it would cost. They were also very polite and informative. I could tell that they were giving me a good deal. Often it is nerve-racking to be at an auto body shop, but they put you at ease here.
