sales deparment is good but Service dept. is a different story. The people who work at service dep. are rude and arrogant. I bought a used car other than a VW there.. the sales was nice and easy, however, when I took it for oil change there, they acted as though I was not welcome b/c I had a different car other than VW
When I asked a question the man at the service dep. said "look around you, your car is the only Toyota here" !!! my comment to that is maybe they should stop selling or provide service all together to "other" cars!!! Very passive aggressive!
I am planning to go there just to complain with the manager.. will probably not taking my car back there..

My Nissan Maxima was having issues. I took it to a very well know Japanese Auto repair shop and after $850 of parts and labor, the car still wasn't fixed. I took it to Campbell Nissan and they fixed everything quickly and correctly. They're hourly rate is more expensive than independent shops but I'll go back because I know it will be fixed right. If I would have gone to them to begin with, it would have been a lot cheaper!!! I should mention that when I picked up my car, it was cleaned inside and out. That may not seem like a big deal but we have a long-white haired dog that sheds (carpet was covered with it.) They got it all out. I know at a detailing shop, they'd charge $100+ for removing dog hair from the carpet. I was quite impressed.

'07 Nissan, less than 2 mos old, less than 2k miles. Service couldn't duplicate our problem, said there was "nothing they could do" and left us twisting in the wind; we had to phone the corporate office in TN to get *any* help what-so-ever. This was the most horrible customer service experience I've ever had (60 years, mind you!). I'll *never* buy another Nissan product; and I'm totally disgusted with Campbell Nelson Nissan's service department, and Nissan North America for that matter. My advise to everyone is avoid them like the plague!

'07 Nissan, less than 2 mos old, less than 2k miles. I purchased a Volkswagen Passat from Campbell Nelson. The salesperson was an older gentleman and he worked with us on finding a car in our price range and get a fair value on the trade in. We brought the Passat back to them for service follow-ups and had nothing short of exceptional service each time. I would purchase another car again from there.

I have only gone to the service department and did not buy my Volkswagen there so I cant really comment on the sale department they could be great. But, they messed up on a simple oil change. I asked them to check for an oil leak they didnt find but my car got worse and started loosing oil like crazy after oil changethey made it worse, they did not check washer fluid, so did not notice I was out completely, they did not check to see that I had a head light out, and they did not wash the inside or outside of my car. When I brought this to the attention of the service manager he did a great job making up for it even gave me a free head light. If you go just make sure they do there job but I must say they did make up for it after but not sure I would go again.

PROS: The Service Manager was good at making up for the problems
CONS: bad service
