Computer Guruz

I'm not sure where you are bringing your computers but its not to Computer Guruz! I have been using them for my computer need for about eight years and I have never had an issue, also they have never been on POST street. They are located in the Valley. Never on POST. They have always been fast to respond and fair on the price with me. Also you are correct they are a small company but keep in mind that there location is SHOP based as they do most of there work onsite (They have always come to my home). I think you are just there competition trying to get an edge. If you guys are going to do reviews on someone you should do your home work first. The old man really needs to retire, they are not professionals and it's a small little, cluttered room they work out of. You can't call the business direct which is a hoax, you all the old man and he calls this other tech and then u get a call back. This business will not be around if it continues to work under these conditions. I took my computer there and I believe they put in used parts and charged for new parts, my computer was worse when I got it back than before. Don't Take your computer to this shop, they do not know what they're doing when it pertains to serious technical solutions.

they are not a large company as they lead you to think, the prices are not as good as should be and i think they use cheap parts

my computer one day wouldn't boot up so i called these guys and they said to bring it in and they could have it fixed for probably $50. So i did and the next day i went to pick it up and they said it took a few hours to fix and instead the bill would be $300. Well the computer was so old that it wasn't even worth that much money so i left it with them. I'll never go back there again.

PROS: none
CONS: they are cons
