Horizon Ford

Horizon Ford is one of the worst dealer ships I've ever dealt with. They are willing to help you in any way until after you buy the car. I tried for a month to get a couple simple questions answered. The sales lady that sold me the car became very hostil toward me after the third phone call and six message i left her. Which I would like to add I had no response on. She kept telling she would call me back and never did. I will never work with them again.

This is what I imagine car dealerships used to be. Friendly and quick service without any high presure sales pitches from greasy sales guys. Everyone we've dealt with from the service department to sales department to their finance department has been VERY professional. When we get our 2007 Ford F-150 serviced, we are in and out in less than an hour!! We reccommend Horizon Ford for their selection and good natured sales people!!
