I was sent to Keller to purchase fixtures using my plumber's discount. They were good at getting me in quickly--I called ahead and they squeezed me in the same day. The service was good and the lady was courteous. Then it all fell apart once my order was in and trickled back to me. I was ordering 3 sinks, 3 showerheads, 4 faucets and a bath filler. A large, expensive order. I expected things to take some time as I was warned it would be a couple of weeks. Some things came in early, others came later. What got me was that one of the showerheads I ordered apparently did NOT get ordered, so never came in. They said it would be another 3-4 weeks to get it in. They did not order a valve to go with my bath filler, so that would be another 3-4 weeks, unless I wanted to pay for quicker shipping (!!!). After waiting 3 weeks already with one working shower in my house and 2 faucets for my family to use, I had had enough of waiting.

When I called my plumber about the mix up, he was able to get a valve for my tub in 4 days. He also said that every time he works with the lady who did my transaction, there are order problems. That's why he recommends a different man within Keller. Lesson learned.

I went to EBay and got my remaining showerhead, it'll be delivered by next week.

Bottom line--they are nice when you have an appointment, but you need to watch your order and recheck it a few times. And expect at least a month before you see your fixtures.

Snobby and expensive, and unjustifiable so. You need to make an appointment to talk to a sales representative. We had the list of things we wanted for our shower. The representative recommended products supposedly based on what we wanted. The only thing she got right was the color! Since they don't have the products she recommended in the show room, she had to order them through the catalog, so we couldn't test the products until they were installed...at that point they don't accept returns. We had requested something that would allow us to vary the shower flow (so it would be good to shower small kids, as well as a strong massage mode), we wanted to shy away from plastic parts, and something sturdy and good quality, but we didn't want to pay just for the brand. The trim (faucet) we got has no variable water volume, the valve that comes with it is has the weakest flow, all the parts have a LOT of plastic components (almost as much as your cheapo water pik shower), and she pushed a super expensive brand where you are really just paying for the design.Do yourself a favor and don't flush away your money in this place.
