Visited this wonderful little gem of a studio last week and really enjoyed myself. I've been to almost every studio in the Seattle area and there is a wide variety. This has my favorite aspects of all. Great teaching, adjustments, intimate setting, not overly crowded, affordable, vinyasa and a warm space to practice in. It's tucked nicely off the UW campus and I'm planning on returning again and again! THey have a great special 3 classes for $30 going on right now to try and see what you think.

Pros: Intimate, Value, Vinyasa

Maybe I just don't like Bikram method yoga--it just seems like it should be called "yoga for masochists" or something. You are not only made to feel sick and like passing out from the heat and exertion, but then made to feel guilty for resting or drinking water! In addition, I had two classes left on a three-class card, and the staff/instructor would not even let me get one more in one day after the card expired (it was only good for two weeks). Oh well, the one class I took was not the most enjoyable experience anyway.
