Bootyland is a really fun store selling kids clothing and accessories. They have a very colorful and fun storefront sign. Inside they have very cute clothes some of which are vintage and others made from organic fabrics. They also sell wooden toys. On Fridays they have storytime for the kids at which time you can get 10% off your purchases.

I lived near this place for the longest time in Capitol Hill, but never had reason to go in (no babies in my family) until recently. My aunt's new baby boy turned a year old this month, and I was excited to come in here. I ended up buying a tiny Ramones T-shirt, soo cute! I definately recommend this place; very unique items you won't find anywhere else.
PROS: Adorable clothes for tots.
CONS: No cons, I love this place!

What used to be strictly a children's clothing consignment shop is now more versatile and edgy: there are wooden toys made by local artists as well as the famed Haba, toddler-sized tee-shirts that proclaim "anarchist" and "robot", and new rubber boots. The space is currently undergoing renovations with promise of more good things to come.
PROS: cool and hip

Bootyland is full of clothes for kids with parents that aren't looking for pink & frilly pretty baby stuff. Their clothes are a little more edgy. I saw a onesie there that said "revloutionary". Love it. If i were a toddler, I would whine and kick and scream and tug on my vegan socialist lesbian mother's hand until she bought my clothes from Bootyland.
