When we return to Friday Harbor this summer, we will definitely be checking in here, a spot we found in June 2008. Even on a day excursion stopping for a few hours, it would be worth the small hike up the main street to visit this establishment.

This was prob. the best pizza I have ever had in my life. Vinnie treats you just like family. He gave us a taste of his homemade cannoli cream, amazing. My husband was very happy with his 1/2 pound organic blk angus burger, and I enjoyed my pizza with fresh mozzerella and tomatoes. It was so great we came back for breakfast the next morning & perfect egg sandwhiches and a hot cinnamon roll. We'll be back Vinnie!

Pros: Awesome eats, something to please everyone

Cons: not a fancy sit down to do (good for some occasions, esp families)

Vinnie's is THE place to come and feel like you are at home. There are a lot of cafes catering to San Juan traveler, but this is probably my favorite, or at least in the top 3. Come here for their incredible burger and meet cool people at the same time. Everyone automatically becomes friendly at this place, which is a huge draw on top of their tasty grub. Seriously, try the burger, as is.

Dirty greasy guy from New York sells frozen bagels and pawns them off as fresh. He must have "connections" with the health dept. "cause this place is a pit. Avoid the three day old pizza, he doesn't throw them away if not sold on the first day, he just keeps piling on more and more toppings to hide the soggy crust?them jacks the price up! Have a little pride. Shameful! He gives his city a bad name.
