The staff at the Apple Store are very educated in the ways of the iPod and can help you with virtually anything about it. I was just looking for information, and they provided it to me about every model that might suit my needs. They have nifty gadgets and things to look at, but I would probably go somewhere else to actually buy anything featured in this store. The accessories, for example, seem way too overpriced.

The Apple Store in U-Village is a great place to shop! The staff is very friendly and helpful with alot of great knowledge. I recently purchased an i-pod. The employees were patient with all of my questions and helped me pick out different accessories. They also opened the packages so that i could test them out on my new i-pod. Returns are no problem within 14 days, even if they've been opened (except for big electronics such as i-pods, computers, which have a re-stocking fee). Will definitely shop there again!

Apple stores are some of the most customer-friendly on the planet, because everything they sell is available for hands-on play. All the computers they sell are set up with Internet access (I confess to stopping in once just to check my e-mail) and many have iChat or a digital camera hooked up so you can mess around with software programs that utilize that optional equipment. The employees are abundant in number and incredibly Mac savvy. They feed on being able to answer every question you throw at them. Theres a nice discount for college students, too, so make sure you bring your UW ID with you.

I love my Imac. I love it so very, very much. However, getting the attention of a sales clerk at the apple store is a task if you are not dressed like you have money to spend. Once you have a clerk rangled DO NOT LET THEM GO until all of your questions have been answered.

PROS: apple is the better computer.
CONS: they staff is lame

As soon as I entered the store I was promptly greeted and helped. This store had it all(to me).Lots of choices!!
The atmosphere was friendly and hip. The employees will provide useful answers if you are unsure on what you want or need. The Apple computer is known for quality. It seems the customer service is at the same level.

PROS: Employees, Many products to choose from, nice atmosphere
CONS: None

This store blew my mind when I walked inits huge, white, and spotlessly clean. The place for all things Apple, the staff can answer almost any question, and if they cant, theyll still find out for you. Also has almost every Apple product everor else its orderable. If youre leaning towards a Mac, dont buy without a stop here.

This is the ultimate spot to find all your favorite Apple gadgets and software. You can test drive all the latest toys, or ask questions about troubles with your own computer. They don't have the best prices in town. But, it's a great place to go when you want to see what's new from Apple. They'll always have the latest releases. And their smart staff can answer any questions you have at their "Genius Bar". For actual purchases though, you might better off using mail order Mac stores.

I could spend hour after hour in the Apple Store. I am a huge Mac fan and love the apple store because it is like a website come to life and you get to touch and play with everything. If you are thinking of buying an ipod or an apple computer a visit to this store is a must.

The shop is amazing. The tech staff is smart and tells you everything you need to know about a G4 to an Ipod. They offer the student discount which is a bonus. They have several ipods on display and let you tamper with them if you want. The store is easy to find as it is loacted at the corner of the ave. They also have the lastest video ipod!

I am an Apple addict, I admit it. I am not the most computer savvy person, either. Therefore, there are times when I need some resourceful computer assistance. I have been able to find the help I need at the Apple store in U Village time after time. It's not quite as easy as that - you need to sign in on one of the computers on the floor in order to get your name on the list for genius bar help, but once it's on, you can walk around the village and come back at your time slot for your appointment.
