Awful experience. My wife and I were going to buy an Xterra from Jaremco Nissan, but now we will never go back. Blue book for the Xterra was 14,500 in really good condition. It had no extras at all and was very basic, was in ok

We just bought a brand new 2012 Pathfinder and it was a wonderful experience at Jaremko Nissan! We spoke directly with Jim in the internet department and then we actually did the deal with the owner Mark Jaremko. We found the vehicle online at Autotrader. We live in the valley so we thought we would buy one here locally. We just needed a bigger vehicle for our growing family and it was the perfect SUV for our family of four and our Golden Retriever. Everyone at the dealership was so helpful and super nice! After the sale they showed us how everything worked and offered to set up the follow up service visit. We were so impressed that we would recommend them to any of our family and friends!

1st Visit: \n\nI went to Jaremko Nissan looking to purchase a 2007 Nissan Murano that I saw online for a nice price and low miles. So my wife and I proceeded to test drove it and decided that we liked it and would like to see if they could work with us on getting the price where we needed it to be. \n\nSo we go inside to the negotiating table and we ask for them to come down on price or up on trade-in value by around $2,000. So the saleman goes and talks to his manager and comes back with, get this, a counteroffer that is $900 MORE then their original offer!! They decided that my trade-in was worth $900 less than what they first quoted, and that they ""can't budge"" on the Murano's sales price because they are already losing $200 on that price. So, obviously, we just got up and left since they weren't willing to work with us at all.\n\n2nd Visit: \n\nSo about a week later I see on the internet that the Murano's price dropped $600. I call the salesman to see if we can reopen the negotiation since the price has dropped. I tell him to ask his manager if they can come down $500 more on the Murano price or up $500 on my trade-in. \n\nI get to the dealership and test drive the car again just to make sure that I still love the car. Which I do. So we head back inside and he tells me that they won't be able to come down from the price or give me more for my trade-in. The salesman tells me that the Murano was mispriced on the internet and it will be $2,000 more the next day. Yeah right. So I tell him that I want to speak to his manager in person. \n\nThe manager comes in and I explain to him that I feel dissatisfied with their unwillingness to work with me on the deal. He doesn't care. He tells me that I should just go sell my trade-in car somewhere else. I tell him that I would prefer to trade it in with them as a package deal. More convenient that way. All I need is for him to reduce the overall deal by $500 and I will buy the murano instantly. He doesn't care. He says that he will increase the trade-in value by $100!! So I ask him if he is seriously going to not sell me this car because he doesn't want to budge another $400. He says yes. So I got up and left the dealership immediately. \n\nA customer deserves to be treated with more respect than that. I've never heard of a car dealership not willing to come down at all on the sales price. This had to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Keeping a customer satisfied isn't worth $400 to them. Wow. So needless to say I will never do business with Jaremko Nissan again, and neither will any of my friends, family, or business associates.

Pros: They had the car I wanted for a reasonable price

Cons: I got treated with the worst customer service of my life

.

I have purchased two cars at this dealershio (one new and one used). All servicing is done at their repair shop and my dealing with them has spanned about 30 years. I have always been treated with respect and low pressure.

The Service Department is absolutely the best. I don't even consider taking my old Maxima anywhere else. I bought it used here. Sometimes I stop on the way to work with a problem. . .they either fix it on the spot or keep it for the day to fit it into their work schedule without an appointment. Most times I call for an appointment, but sometimes emergencies happen. It is my only car and they know that I have to have it for work.

I have never had any reason to not trust what they tell me. I am treated with respect, honesty, consideration, and professionalism. They explain what is wrong and what it will take to fix the problem. I highly recommend them. I doubt I will buy another brand of car as I don't want to leave this dealership/service department.
