My cat was recently injured and required surgery. The doctor was very kind, and if it weren't for the office manager, I would recommend this animal hospital completely. However, when I merely ASKED about any payment schedule options, I was taken into a back room by the office manager, who closed the door, and proceeded to tell me that they "weren't in the business of loaning money". Her tone was incredibly RUDE and accusatory, even though we had paid IN FULL two days earlier. At a time when my main concern was my cat's health, I felt completely SHOCKED that this woman was taking such a demeaning attitude towards a simple question regarding payment options. Obviously, no one expects their pet to be injured, and the vet costs can add up quickly. We paid three hundred dollars for our initial visit saturday, and merely inquired about paying the three hundred dollars for surgery on that tuesday in installments. I am still completely shocked at how rudely I was treated...as if I was asking something unusual! I will never go there again, not because of the doctors, but because of the incredibly rude office manager, who was shockingly condescending! Unbelievable!
