Les Schwab Tire Ctr

I took my car here because my abs light was on. I dropped it off and they had it for 4 hours and they did nothing to it. They said the reason was because it was something in my rear end. If they would have simply scanned the abs system they would have learned it was the abs computer module going out and that's the reason the light was on. I took it to 2 ford dealers and that is what the problem was. As far as I'm concerned les schwab should go out of business and will never have mine ever again. Who gives a rats ass just because they come running to you. That doesn't fix your car. They are a bunch of idiots.DO NOT GO TO LES SCHWAB ON OCEAN BEACH HWY.....

Les Schwab as far as I am concerned ripped me off. I have spent $5,000 in the last three years on tires for personal vehicles and my semi. I replaced 22.5 low pros for 24.5 Toyos and was told the casings with be worth $70 a piece when I replaced them. Apparently Les Schwab does not think to highly of there product Toyo I got absolutely nothing for the casings. Needless to say the next set of four tires I went to Jubitz and received $270.00 for my casings. Les Schwab you are FIRED!

They are always so friendly. The minute you come into the parking lot they are asking what they can help you with. The wait is usually very short and they are so efficient.

This tire center is beyond world class customer service. Every business should take lessons from any Les Schwab Tire Center. The employees meet you in the parking lot & greet you at the door. Where else can you get service like this?

I have never had a bad experience with this company. Every person there makes you feel welcome and goes out of their way to help you. I love the fact that they fix your flats for free.
