.

Sadly over the last two years the business has become more important than patient care. Pacific dental care is now just a growing dental business with the main goal to get patients in and get patients out and make the most money.

This is still high tech professional dental care, and I'm sure many people will enjoy the impersonal service, but it certainly isn't what it used to be. Some examples:

1) Changing hygienists for the patient without even asking the patient first,
2) Doctor spends about five minutes actually looking at the patient during cleaning,
3) Errors in insurance filing,
4) Poor customer service,
5) No concern to patient comfort anymore in terms of asking what's comfortable to the patient. This goes hand in hand in getting the maximum number of patients possible. The important thing appears to be the comfort of the office.
