3 Stars: Not impressed (by Daniel K.)

I have had sushi in Japan and the Asian Pacific. Some of the best sushi in hte world is in the Pacific Northwest. This is NOT it. The quality and atmosphere were both pedestrian. It is overpriced for the quality. I have had far better experiences with some of the hole in the wall shushi places that are more reminicent of the street sushi found in the orient.

5 Stars: My absolute favorite! (by Jordan P.)

By far my favorite sushi restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of dining at. Sushi is easily my favorite type of cuisine, and after going to many of the other places in the Seattle area, I Love Sushi is still my favorite sushi restaurant. Everything is so fresh and delicious albeit a little pricey, but here, you get what you pay for. Been eating there for about 5 years and will never stop.

5 Stars: Great quality sushi, reasonable prices (by Ben C.)

This was the first good sushi restaurant that I visited. Now, after having lived in Tokyo for 2 years, I have a better appreciation for their quality and service.

The restaurant offers a small sushi bar for seating about 8 people. The rest of the restaurant is for western-style waited tables. Their sushi, such as hamachi, salmon, and amaebi, is very fresh, very sweet. They even fry the shrimp heads and serve with the amaebi, in classic Japanese style.

Their wait staff is superb--quick, quiet, and very professional. Second to none. Their prices are not cheap--but they are doable, and they are actually cheap given the quality of sushi and service that they provide.

I recommend!!

5 Stars: I love I Love Sushi! (by Alisha W.)

This is the first sushi restaurant I really loved, and will always be my favorite.

I love the suimono soup here and always have to start with that, and must have the little salad with the delicious dressing.

Everything is fresh and delicious, and they are very popular.

The picture menus help those less familiar with sushi to order.

4 Stars: Excellent sushi despite the cheesy name (by Leslie L.)

Ignore the name: this is the best place for a sushi dinner with friends in Seattle. Theyve got two locations one in Bellevue, one on Lake Union and theyre always packed. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated any time you go. The menu is impressive: not only do they offer standard sushi fare but they also always have a few special creations, or celebrations of certain foods, such as tofu, for which theyll create a special menu that offers it cooked 10 different ways. Last month my friend and I had a mango salmon maki sushi with a blueberry sauce. Because theyre always so packed, service is sometimes slow, especially in the refill department, so you have to be assertive about getting the waiters attentions.
