The Seattle Weekly is a great free weekly if you want real reporting about current events that affect Seattle. They also will be a great resource about finding out what is going on in Seattle this week, particularly for restaurants, music, and film. However, I must admit I read the Stranger more because i think the Stranger is more funny and entertaining. The Weekly is better for its articles. They are also not bratty and incestuous like The Stranger. So read both each week, because each has its strengths and weaknesses.
