First of all, they have been my primary doctors for many years, and I won't go any place else, since all of my medical records are there, BUT... it is not run effeciently... super slow, long wait times. And some of the doctors shouldn't be there! One I have had to see three times (a dr. J.) and each time, she misdiagnosed me, or said to try some test that didn't make sense, and did NO followup. I had to call and get results that were negative (of course, that wasn't the problem), and there was nothing more said, even though I had the problem still. Another problem dr., one Dr. B has no beside manners, and she was extremely rude to me about a personal issue. And I hear others don't like her for the same reason. In fact, I think I will quit them come to think of it. Anyone know of a good dr in town? oh, and "family care" isn't family... NO CHILDREN.

PROS: not many... oh, good hours.
CONS: too many to list. Lack of organization and efficiency.

The doctors are great. The staff needs some work. They lose reports, charts, results, etc. They are extrememly unorganized and need a professional organizer really bad.
