Denny's Pet World

A lot of inventory but rather expensive compared to other stores. Not the nicest manager I've ever met. I really like to work with people that are nice and want my business. I didn't get that feeling from Denny's.

Great store for finding variety! I was really happy with the selection and quality of bulk bird and bunny foods that they carried. They also had a variety of cages and accessories for reasonable prices. And their staff was polite and very helpful/knowledgeable each time I have called or shopped at the store. Thank you Denny's Pet World!

Denny's Pet World is a great, clean store. There is only one problem I have always had though. Everytime I go, there is too much clevlege. It is compeltly distasteful and shocking that the owners and the management allows the girls to wear such low cut shirts with their denim buttoned low. The denim shirts are cute, but it is time for a change, and for the management to stop allowing the girl's chest to hang out so much. I can hardly go there during the summer. The dress code should be enforced for everyone if they want to run a respectful buisness.

This is a very nice store! The employees are friendly and knowledgable and will help you choose the best hamster for your kids.

It is clean and the animals are well cared for. My children beg me to take them to Denny's so they can check out all the bunnies and fish!

They did not bother to tell us the fish we bought would attack every other fish in our tank. Came home from work and everything was dead or hurt but the monster they sold us. took it back and they wouldnt even give us a refund!

The only problem we had with this nice, clean store, was their high prices on dry goods.
When my doughter wanted a hampster, we went to PetSmart first and noticed they did not look so healthy. We purchased one from Denny's but noticed that the same hampster cage we were interested in at Petsmart, was $15 more expensive at Denny's. So we bought the hampster from them and went back to Petsmart for everything else. Worked out for everyone and we just gave the hampster away on Craigslist :).
My neighbor who is a fish freak speaks very highly of the product manager at the fish department.

i have been buying the same bag of dog food for 3 years $29.95 at Denny's pet world.
I am angry because i just saw the very same bag elsewhere for $19.95, and it was not even on sale.
I have been over paying Denny's for over 3 years. i hope the owner is happy
I will not go there anymore and couldn't care less for their oblivious teenage staff.

I have been a customer of Denny's since it opened back in the 1970's. The owners, staff, pets,
and merchandise are all outstanding. If you are looking for knowlegeable staff, a wide range of
merchandise, a very clean store, and very healthy pets then you have found your pet world.
With great directions from the staff, the store can easily be found. It's located in the upper Totem
Lake Mall in north Kirkland. The Mall can be seen from I-405.
Thank You Denny's Pet World for being Outstanding.

I have purchased many pet supplies and two birds from Denny's Pet World (a Jenday conure and an African Grey), both were very well taken care of and very well socialized by the staff at Denny's. Their selection of supplies is also excellent, and the staff is generally very friendly.

Denny's really shines when it comes to aquaria. The have the most aquarium supplies, and the cleanest tanks, with the healthiest looking fish. I've been to all the other fish stores in the Seattle area, and Denny's is top. When I visited there were three employees in just the aquaria section alone, doing routine work between answering questions. The rest of the animals all look healthy and happy, from the rodents to the birds. Store is well lit, and exceedingly well stocked. Prices are not cheap here, but you pay for quality. Best rock and gravel selection anywhere.

Hi, these guys are very knowledgeable and as a new enthusiast they've offered a lot of good advice from helping me select the first fish to stock my tank to supporting me through the first tank cycle as I experienced problems with high nitrate/ammonia levels. They even diagnose fish or tank problems on the phone. We have fun taking our 2 year old there to look at all the exotic pets as well. Worth a stop on a rainy "what do we do with the kids" day.

You gotta love these guys! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The kind who would wait for you to come down at 8:55pm on Christmas Eve to buy the dog food you forgot. Try Them!

This pet store also sells healthy choices in bagged and canned cat and dog food that I was only able to once get in health food stores and alternative pet stores which were too far away from my home. This store keeps adding new selections all the time. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and most of them have been with this pet store for years. Of course, it is always fun to look at the birds, kittens, bunnys, reptiles, ferrets, hamsters and guinea pigs.

What could be better? A resident, caring permanent staff who believe in the quality care of our most cherished companions, complete nutrition supplies for just about any type of pet including exotic birds, reptiles and small mammals. You must introduce yourself to Tiki, the store Blue & Gold Macaw. She can keep you entertained for hours if you can tear yourself away from the colorful, CLEAN holding areas for the pets available for adoption. Reference materials, cages, accessories, toys, it's all here! You may find lower prices at the chain stores but when it comes to our pets, price definitely ISN'T everything! They also know the meaning of the word "haggle".
