Reviews for Woodinville Medical Ctr

Ratings_icons Excellent, personal service at Woodinville Pharmacy...

Mindy H.

I've never experienced better, more personable service than I did at Woodinville Pharmacy. The pharmacist was knowledgable and went well beyond the call of duty to help my son with his prescriptions. I have many other friends who benefit from the excellent service at Woodinville Pharmacy ~ none of us would dream of going elsewhere.

Ratings_icons Woodinville Medical Ctr is not very customer oriented...

B C.

This place has terrible customer service. I had to go to this pharmacy to get a med compounded, and I couldn't get there during the week due my work schedule.

Imagine my disappointment when I found out that they only do compounding on the weekdays. Not only that, but the "pharmacist" told me in a rude tone that I would be lucky to find any place that does compounding on weekends.

I have never been so disrespected.

In short, this place sucks. I cannot recommend them at all. My sympathies to any who have no choice but to deal with one of the worst pharmacies in Washington.

If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

Ratings_icons Awesome Pharmacy

I've been a customer for a few years and yes they are busy. Sometimes I may wait for10 to 15 minutes to get my medication filled but it's worth it. They have gone out of their way to help me understand my new prescription coverage. Not many pharmacies do that. They also compound my dog's medication. Not only is it easier but my dog loves it!
To those who think it's not worth giving them a chance. Treat them with respect and they will do the same. Remember they are human like you and I.

Ratings_icons I only did what they asked.....and they never got it right!

Woodinville Pharmacy lacks organization and they have serious communication issues within their staff. Unfortunately, they are one of the few pharmacies on the Eastside that provide compounding medications. My newborn must take her medication in this form.
Every month there is a problem. Problems range from letting me know that it's ready to be picked up and when I go to pick it up it was never created to the most recent problem which was the final straw. I changed insurance and I faxed the cards to them to help speed up the process. The Pharmacist (who is also the manager) insisted that they never received the fax yet at the same time she was repeating the new information to me over the phone! I tried to explain to her that she had it because she was repeating what I sent her, but she kept telling me that I was wrong and she was very disrespectful. She never was accountable for her mistake. She just proceeded to be condescending. It's not worth my time or sanity to give them the benefit of the doubt anymore. I think 4 times is enough!

Ratings_icons Long-time customer and highly satisfied

Ann R.

I have been using this pharmacy for our whole family since the building opened, which was probably about 14 or 15 years ago, and I highly recommend this pharmacy for personalized, quality service.

Yes, it is a busy place, and sometimes I have to wait just a bit. However, the trade-off in the quality and level of service is well worth the wait. There isn't a lot of turn-over in the staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

I have gotten tips about how to most effectively use some of the medicines and how to minimize any potential side-effects that I had never heard from any pharmacy in the previous 20-some years of getting prescriptions filled.

The remodeled area is more functional. The maximum space available is limited by the design of the overall building, and they have done a nice job of trying to work within those limitations. Parking is convenient, as well.

Ratings_icons 15 years of good personal service

It may not be as fast as an impersonal fast RX place but service is expert in knowledge of medicine, insurance and drug interactions. If all you care about is fast fast fast then go to a huge corporate faceless place and risk your very life and well being of those you love by getting meds from someone who is rushed and deos'nt really have any personal concern for you. Or go where many locals have found very experienced and knowledgable professionals who know you by name and will give you great service with a friendly smile and give you peace of mind. They of whom I speak are local folks at Woodinville Medical Center Pharmacy !!

Ratings_icons Excellent Pharmacy

This is a compounding pharmacy which I have used for over 5 years. Not to be confused with a chain which just counts premade pills into little brown bottles, these people really know their medicines. They are always friendly and efficient and give great personal advice on side effects, dosing recommendations, etc. They have recently remodeled their waiting area to provide more patient privacy during consultations. They also make up veterinary medicines and have a wall of pictures of animals treated with their products. I highly recommend this pharmacy -- don't expect people to provide this level of service as fast as an ATM dispenses cash!

PROS: There is always a parking space available a few steps from their front door

Ratings_icons Crowded Atmosphere, Bad Service

I thought it would be convenient because it's close to the doctor's office. Nope. The line was long and I didn't like the crowded feeling of the place.

Ratings_icons Not Impressed

I stopped in to fill a prescription written by my child's doctor in the same building... I don't normally get my RX's here but it seemed convenient. I waited in line for about 15 minutes and was only 1 of 2 in the lobby... it took about 5 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff. I was not impressed with the service.
