Always a good choice!  4 Star Rating - Very good

By Brian D. | insider Insider | Rank: 18,594

I have been to Piecora's about 50 times and have never once had an issue. I have searched high and low for decent pizza in this town and this is the best that I have found. I have always had friendly service (in fact, they recognize me now and every once in a while comp my lunch!) and the food has been consistently excellent. I've taken groups of 20 people there and they have had no problem seating us and serving us efficiently.

Worst customer service EVER.  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

By Anonymous Opens in New Window

I've had a metal spoon cooked into a calzone. I've had totally blown orders. They've delivered food that was burnt beyond being edible. Not once did they offer to remake the order and make it right when called back about the problem.

They have offered to make it for free the next time I order. WTF? I didn't call them tonight because I'm hungry next month. I called, ordered and paid because we're hungry tonight. How about this? Next time I'll pay with monopoly money and the can come back next month for the real money. I wonder how they would feel about that.

The consistency of the food when they manage to get the order correct is non-existent. Sometimes the food is great. Sometimes not so much. You really just have to cross your fingers and hope when you order that none of the emo staff members are on suicide watch that day.

Oh yeah. And the staff are ALWAYS right and they NEVER make mistakes.

I've given them too many chances and they have failed almost EVERY time.

If you want really good pizza with top notch service, do yourself a favor and call Pagliacci Pizza (206-726-1717). They may be a bit more expensive but it's well worth it.

Unfortunate service  2 Star Rating - Wouldn't recommend

By mark m.

This really is some of the best pizza in Seattle (granted, the bar is set low); however, the "I could care less if you choke, puke, or die of thirst" service attitude is just too much to take. Piecoras is unfortunately one of those Seattle establishments where the wait staff and management are MUCH too cool to care about what you, the customer, wants or needs. It's a shame.

There is good pizza and then there is REALLY good pizza. Piecora's is the latter of the two. I used to work at the establishment and never got tired of eating there. The calzones are made to order and one is big enough to leave two people full. The drinks are strong and the staff friendly. Can't eat a whole pizza? Then order a 1/2 pie starting at $6. Don't forget, Piecora's also delivers.

Good pizza, not worth the attitude 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

By Brianinseattle

Went there tonight with a friend and ordered a half combo, half blue cheese and onion pizza. We got the half combo...the other half never came. When the waiter checked on us, I told him we never received the other order. He walked away. Later came back with the bill, and I mentioned (again), that we never received the other half of our order. His response was: "Well, we didn't charge you for it". And that I was "too nice" to get it. My take is that they didn't want to make it, didn't make it, and the waiter totally blew us off. Piecora's is not the only game in town; I won't be back."

Pros: Okay pizza
Cons: Poor service.

Awesome Pizza - Awesome Service 5 Star Rating - World class

By bandanabandit

My girlfriend wanted to have her 35th birthday party in a space with good food that was family friendly (she nannies for a few small kids).
I was able to go in earlier to drop off balloons (they were awesome about that), and they never made me look for a server or feel bad for 'taking over' the back room with small kids and adults alike. They were professional, handled everything through me, and my girlfriend was able to have a fantastic birthday.
The pizza was great, the kids were allowed to run around -- and being in the back room, this was done without bothering the majority of the patrons that evening.

I will *definitely* come here again, and they also are offering a great special on Monday nights now with half priced pies. Not sure how long this will last, but I'd get it while it does!

Pros: great staff, parking lot, good food
Cons: a little higher priced than most, but still worth it

BEST PIZZA, Fast Service 4 Star Rating - Very good

By Yvette1985

I went to Piecora's Pizza to watch the UFC 86. I didn't see the 10 foot screen they were talking about so we all had to stare at the 40 inch (guess) above the bathroom hallway. It was CROWDED in there. The pizza was awesome.
The ambiance is a little different. With the HIP-HOP venue accross the street and the soccer mom telling her son to avert his eyes from the "bloodshed" in the UFC fight... it seemed like this is the place EVERYONE goes for good pizza. The pitchers of Fat Tire were 13 bucks ( a little expensive for my taste ) but all in all it was a fun time.
And again, the Pizza was the best I've had in Seattle. Perfectly crunchy, perfect toppings... mmmmmm. I want some right now.

Pros: Best Pizza ever
Cons: Crowded

Piecora's is the best pizza in town! We have been going there for a few years and love it each and everytime. The sauce is tangy and very flavorful.

get the Queens; it is fantastic. The crust is great and I eat here at least twice a month. The service is a little slow for lunch though, don't go if you are in a hurry but it is well worth the wait.

Pros: great pizza pie
Cons: the service is lame
