Billiards Plus Family Arcade

I had a horrible experience here. My friend and I met some of our friends here. One of the staff members wrote down the wrong time on our time card thus overcharging us. When we approached them about this they basically shrugged their shoulders at us and made no attempt to help solve the problem. They showed zero customer service skills. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you decide to go here I suggest you watch them write down your time.

First of all there is no smoking allowed inside anymore and second the staff is Wonderful and courteous to all. The prices are right and the best thing in our opinion is that they are open LATE which is very cool! We recommend Billards Plus to ALL our friends.

This is a great place to go and hang out for a bit. They have a lot of pool tables for playing games and a large selection of arcade games. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. This is a really great place for older kids and teenagers or adults to have some fun. It can be quite smokey in there at times though.

It's located by the Kmart off of Andresen in Vancouver and you can play for quite a while for not too much money.
