Not good...not good at all. Unresponsive. Negligent. Apathetic. Not trustworthy. Smoke and mirrors. Excuses. Appalling mismanagement. Flimsy. False. Not qualified. Many, many, many mistakes and repeated failures...over, and over, and over again. Steer clear!

I agree 100% with the previous poster. I am a renter and he has never addressed any problems we have had. My Landlord has non intentionally damaged my property and he hasn't called or written back to us once after numerous attempts to reach him. We have also had a problem where a neighbor was taking our mail and he wrote it off saying he can't picture it happening even though I showed him our opened mail and witnessed it myself. We are never told when our landlord is coming by. So far our 1year lease has been the most stressful year of our lives due to his poor management. Our property is on the market and we get minimal notice for showings and once again the clients of the showing dameged our property and no resolve. We hardly ever have hot water and can't even run a microwave without tripping the breaker we don't have access to. Construction has been done at the property with no notice at all. This has been one year of hell. I would rather be homeless then rent from them . If you are an owner he is not worth one red cent of your money because you will be paying him to do nothing but cash a rent check. I am completley shocked this guy still has a business. Next stop BBB and then maybe the courts.

I have great things to say about RB&A. They treat tenants like they're valuable; they fix stuff quickly and the repair people are nice. I've rented fromthem for 5+ years. :)

I recently made what I thought was a reasonable complaint about the handling of a customer service issue. Not only was my complaint not registered or acknowledged, I was told by the owner of this very small business that his employee had been right and I had been wrong. Understand that if you do business with this company and something goes wrong you may have to seek outside recourse to handle any issues that come up.

He is unresponsive to phone calls and pathologically unwilling or unable to accomplish tasks that he has assured his clients he will accomplish in a timely fashion. Randall's negligence has, in my opinion, cost me personally thousands of dollars, not to mention hours of anguish and uncertainty about the status of my investment in this property. This situation has been brought to the attention of my homeowners board, who indicated that my experience with Randall is not uncommon. I would caution anyone considering retaining Randall to explore other options.
