It took 3 days before week saw our service tech. I would expect more from a fortune 500 company. We had to call several times and go through several people to get our equipment running properly.

Have you seen their new mail machines? Wow, these are really state of the art and meet all of the new postal regulations concerning postage scales and meters. The display unit is digital, easy to use and understand, and uniform across the board, no matter which machine you choose. That way, if you have two different machines in your offices, you will be able to work them both without the need for additional instruction. Way to go guys!
