Rock Creek Lube Ctr

Rock Creek and Lube has been a solid rock for my vehicles.
They are superb and do a great job and saved my pocketbook.
To the review above I bought a part and picked it up and it saved me over $200.00!
I was very Thankful to them.
I have always believed hard work and exceptional service deserves Higher prices " You get what you pay for." There prices are reasonable and fair.
I remember one day in August it was over 108 degrees and I got stuck on Highway 18 and Tom the owner had his wife personally come pick my children and I up.
**This was a vehicle no one else including Les Schwab and the dealer could find the problem, Tom had the part ordered and installed by the next day, the older Bronco ran another great 8 years.
I just want to say I am very grateful for the work you have done on my cars for years.

Buyer beware! They have a brake job "coupon" in ValPak for $149. I went because it seemed cheaper than Les Schwab's initial quote of $250.

However, Rock Creek Lube's price does not include calipers or rotors. Rotors are a pretty standard extra, but calipers are included at Les Schwab. They charged me as much for the calipers as they did for the rotors. Then they charged me an additional $80 to install them!

I ended up paying $515 when I walked out the door! I feel completely ripped off, knowing that even with rotors, I would have paid $400 at Les Schwab AND would feel good about the work that was done.

Our family has been going to Rock Creek for several years and have always enjoyed the honest and straight forward approach to customer satisfaction.
We have moved out of the Maple Valley area but always come back.

Come meet you at your car as soon as you arrive. Gather your garbage and vacuum out car. However, they always try to get me to change my air filter and I know it doesn't need it.
