Precision Collision Auto Body

I went there to repair a rear bumper damage. After the repair, I notice the muffler has loud noise. And there are new scratch and dents in the trunk and back door area. I went back to ask. I was told I had no proof that my muffler is now noisier than before. And they never worked on the trunk and back door area( implying that I made these scratchs and dents). I pointed out that the area they did the paint doesn't match its adjacent area. There is a rough gap in between. They said it is normal and every car has that. I am not picky and I don't have a fancy car. But the quality of the repair is just inferior and the people there only care about their bottom line.

People there clearly work for the insurance people for the cheapest and most cost effective way to repair your car. Plan on they guys there to get out of paying for any additional damage to your car. Go there, you will waste your time and get a poor quality job. Just look at the frond desk area.

I had a hit and run accident and my issurance coverage did not cover the costs. So I went around shopping for the best price in Bellevue, WA. Not only did Precision Collision give me the lowest estimate for the repairs, but also helped me cut down on miscellaneous paint items which were merely cosmetic. I would definetly recommend Precision Collision if you are going to cover the repair costs yourself. Once you get an estimate, make sure that you discuss all the items with the mechanic and based on your budget cut out "cosmetic" items. I found that the guys there were helpful and guided me correctly in making this decision by explaining how the car would look if I remove any particular work item.
And definitely the job was well done and on time.

I recently hit a deer and took my car in for repair. They did a great job of fixing the damage, looked like new. My car was in and out within just a couple of days so I wasn't without a vehicle for a long period of time. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I took my car to Precision Collision for repair because this is the place my insurance recommended me to go. After picking up my car from the shop, I now know why my insurance recommend themthey were friendly, quick, and efficient. I dropped my car off for repair without making an appointment, and my car was done two days before the promise date. The car (although just a minor dent) looks as good as new. I would definitely refer my friends to Precision Collision.
