Their cheese is delicious! the shop is a fun stop while at The market, there are samples, you can watch cheese being made, they have a ncie selection of hot foods at the shop too. The price may seem high, but everything is worth the price. They are a local company, great people. their cookbook rocks!

Ratings_icons Great Class

Beechers has a great flagship cheese and their own crackers. My husband and I took a cheese class through Beechers and it was a great experience. We learned a lot and had some great cheese!

Beecher's has excellent products. Their cheese is delicious but they also have other things available. Great crackers, cheese curds which are an excellent snack and unbelievably good mac and cheese. Stop by and watch the cheese actually being made.

Ratings_icons knowledgeable about cheese-making

Of course I can say that Beecher's is a good place to get cheese. But it's also even more than that, since they are so knowledgable about cheesemaking, that you can get lots of information about cheese too. They have very good books about making cheese yourself. You can buy good-tasting cheese, too, of course, and they are even giving customers a free cutting board until Christmas, I think.
