I have never done yoga before and this cheap, friendly establishment really opened my eyes to the art of yoga. Now I go everyday and absolutely love it.

I took a Via Yoga trip to Villa Amor in Sayulita, Mexico, last March. It was absolutely amazing! It was a yoga & surfing trip, but I skipped the surfing part. We did yoga twice a day, and I didn't think it was possible, but it was really fun and instead of being worn out I was energized. The guestrooms at Villa Amor were fabulous, and Sayulita is just an adorable little town. The people who came to the retreat were from all over, and we had a lot of fun getting to know each other and sharing the experience. It was a week I'll never forget, and I can't wait to do it again. It's worth every penny, as the vacation went very smoothly and we were well taken care of. It's no problem if you're a beginner at yoga or surfing, they make you feel welcome and spend a lot of time with you.

PROS: Fantastic yoga teachers, beautiful resort, pretty town, great experience
CONS: The trip was too short!

For a wedding gift wWe sent our friends to do Yoga in Mexico! Wow! They totally enjoyed it. This is a special program that offers great travel packages to Mexico that include 6 day stay at a 5 star hotel in Las Alamandas Mexico and airfare, and then scheduled activities such as surfing, meditation, and yoga. Our friends brought back wonderful photos and a great experience, and they told us they had a very good time. Maybe they will hook us up this year! check out their website!
