I previously tried other daycare facilities in the area but they didn't come close to the service I have received at DDL. I recommend this place to everyone I know. Downtown Dog Lounge Our recent experience at the Downtown Dog Lounge was horrible. We returned from our relaxing vacation to find our normally happy, healthy pug sick and injured. I'm concerned for the safety of other animals left in their care. When we picked our dog up, we were told nothing of the events that happened (illness, vet visits, medicine administered) while we were away. We later learned about them from our emergency contact. Our personal vet told us our dog had experienced trauma to his head, which the staff at DDL has not been able to explain. He has not been the same since we've brought him home from the Downtown Dog Lounge. If you love your animal, don't entrust them to the care of Downtown Dog Lounge.
